Red garlic variety, cleaned up and virus free issued from the red ecotype of Las Pedroñeras (Spain).
Plant: Plants with erect vegetation and intense green colour. They are very productive, very early in maturity and very vigorous. A high percentage of extra calibre is obtained.
It presents floral escape.
Bulbs: Bulbs are of medium-big size. Cloves are disposed very nicely, in a radial and symmetrical way. There are no side cloves. Gardos presents very intense taste and flavour.
The quality of the Inotalis varieties reaches the standards of both the markets and the growers, demanding earliness, calibre, profitability and production.
Inotalis develops all its varieties thought classic selection methods, with no use of GMO.
