Following the same criteria for stone fruit varieties, Inotalis focuses its investigation for Plum varieties in obtaining early varieties, with good flavour and attractive to the consumer.
In its Songria line, Inotalis develops extra early varieties of black plum with red flesh, which enables the market to be supplied with excellent quality fruit at the beginning of the season, when demand is at its highest. These are very productive varieties in which the fruit stands out for its excellent sweet flavour.
Sonrisa yellow-flesh plums are extra-early varieties in which the fruit has a good external appearance due to its shape and colour. The pulp, with its excellent sweet flavour, is in line with market demands and with the strictest Inotalis selection criteria.
