PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES
Regular pruning: It is easy to pick the branches to be trimmed, due to the way the tree grows. To let light come through, it is advisable to clear the canopy of renewal shoots.
After fruit picking it is advisable to make a summer pruning to improve branch quality for next year. Pruning should not be too strong I t should be done with a reduction on irrigation, in order to avoid the growth of new secondary branches.
Fruit thinning: Singling must be done carefully, and only when the little fruits are well set. Due to the earliness, they may have not set properly due to bad weather conditions, and thinning should avoid being too strong
