PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES
Regular pruning: Choosing branches is quite easy, due to the way the tree grows, spread and open.
Remove any new vigorous shoots during the picking season to allow better light penetration in the canopy and better fruit colour. Summer pruning the trees after harvest will improve the quality of the fruiting branches for the next year. However, this pruning should not be too severe at the same time irrigation should be reduced to avoid secondary shoot growth.

It should not be too intense, due to the way the fruit blooms and the amount of fruits it gives.
