Production techniques:
Regular pruning: due to the tree shape, it is easy to chose good quality branches.
Prune new shots when pruning to let light penetration in the canopy.
After harvest, do summer pruning to improve shot quality for next season. Pruning should not be severe, and should be done with a decrease in irrigation, in order to avoid new shot growth.
Fruit thinning: it should be intense, due to the great amount of fruits that set.
