We calculate our Carbon Footprint, which allows us to identify opportunities for reduction and improvement, adapting our environmental strategy to the reduction of our carbon emissions.

PLANASA GROUP CODE OF CONDUCT

Our Code of Conduct defines the values and standards by which Planasa Group conducts business. It is designed to provide Planasa Group’s partners and employees/contractors with a clear understanding of the standards of conduct and to be a road map to help guide our actions and behaviors at Planasa Group.

PLANASA GROUP CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY

The purpose of this policy is to define the guidelines and rules for Planasa personnel by identifying, monitoring and managing actual and potential conflicts of interest within the Planasa Group.

PLANASA GROUP WHISTLE BLOWING POLICY

This policy aims to encourage Planasa Personnel to report actual or suspected wrongdoing as soon as possible, in the knowledge that their concerns will be taken seriously and investigated as appropriate, and that their confidentiality will be respected. It also aims to provide Planasa Personnel with guidance as to how to raise those concerns.

PLANASA GROUP INFORMATION SECURITY REGULATION

This document aims to establishing guidelines and general principles for initiating, implementing, maintaining and improving information security in PLANASA Group and, to this end, it includes the security measures applicable to corporate information and information systems.

SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT - PLANASA GROUP

Through this Code, Planasa sets out the minimum standards that are expected from its suppliers to drive
the development of ethical and sustainable businesses, in line with its values, policies and commitments.

PLANASA GROUP GIFTS AND HOSPITALITY POLICY

This Gifts and Hospitality Policy sets out the responsibilities of Planasa Personnel in observing and upholding the position of the Planasa Group on the giving and acceptance of Gifts and Hospitality. It is also to prevent situations occurring where Planasa Personnel’s professional judgment and the interests of the Planasa Group could be affected as a result of Gifts and Hospitality offered or received.

PLANASA GROUP ANTI-BRIBERY POLICY

Bribery is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions worldwide, carrying potential custodial sentences and inevitable reputational harm. The Planasa Group is committed to the prevention of bribery and to carrying out business fairly, honestly and openly.

PLANASA GROUP INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

It is an important guideline for the implementation and continuous improvement of the Group’s business processes in international competition. This PLANASA Group information Security Policy aligns policy and best practices in its area of responsibility to the information security policy and best practices defined by the PLANASA Group Headquarters in Valtierra (Spain).

PLANTAS DE NAVARRA SA has received a grant for its Research and Development project OBTAINING NEW HIGH SENSORY QUALITY FRUIT VARIETIES SUITABLE FOR TEMPERATE CLIMATES by the Spanish Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI), a grant co-financed by the European Union through the ERDF Operational Programme for R&D&I by and for the benefit of companies – Technology Fund 2007-2013 (Exp. IDI-20170112). The aim of the project is to obtain new varieties of strawberry, raspberry, blackberry and cherry, specifically developed to improve their adaptation to warm climate zones, as well as their sensory quality. It is expected to obtain early production varieties, maximising productivity and the organoleptic properties of the fruit.
