Gardos is a garlic variety of late production and good productivity. Its fruit is of the traditional purple garlic type, selected from the Pedroneras ecotype. The colour of its cloves is deep red and its size is medium. Its aroma and flavour are very intense, so it is recommended for quality production. It stands out for its great shelf life.
