Certain navigation data concerning the IP address of each user is stored daily in the log files of our servers. In particular, the IP address itself, the browser used, the screen definition, language, the operating system and the referring page (including any criteria that have been entered into a search tool), which enable us to analyse trends, manage links and content on the site and collect statistical information about the audience. The user remains anonymous during the process and no effort is made to associate the IP address with the user’s personal data.
In this sense, simple web browsing (except for registered users) is anonymous, with no effort made to identify visitors who access the site. In any case, if you provide any personal data through this website, by telephone or by e-mail, we inform you that we will treat these data in accordance with current Spanish legislation on the protection of personal data, and in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
Information on the collection, processing and storage of your data
The data you provide to Plantas de Navarra, S.A. (PLANASA) will be incorporated into our databases, and appropriate and sufficient security measures will be applied to them to guarantee their confidentiality and secrecy, and to avoid their alteration or loss, as well as access by unauthorised persons.
All data provided through the website will be used for the analysis of visits, traffic and navigation on the web, and to manage contacts, requests and information through our Commercial Team. Your data will not be communicated or transferred to third parties, except in the cases provided for by law.
Additionally, in case you are interested in working with us and send us your resume or register in our employment database through our Careers section, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into our files and used for current or future selection processes. These data may be transferred to group companies (see About us for more information) always with your prior consent, and for the same purposes.
By sending the above information, the user expressly authorises PLANASA to process the data for the purposes indicated, this being the legal basis for the processing.
The above data will be kept until the relevant procedures have been completed or, in any case, for a maximum period of three months, except for data referring to cookies which will be kept as indicated in the Cookies Policy. In the case of data received through the Careers section, they will be kept until the selection process to which you have specifically applied has been completed, or indefinitely if you have not expressed an interest in a particular position. This is without prejudice to the exercise of your rights regarding data protection as indicated below.
Rights of data subjects
Users may request PLANASA, at the addresses indicated in this Legal Notice and in writing, access to the personal data relating to the interested party, their rectification or suppression, as well as exercise their rights to limit the processing, opposition and portability of the data in accordance with the corresponding regulations. If there is any doubt regarding your identity, you must provide us with sufficient documentation to prove it.
Likewise, we inform you of the possibility of filing a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency in the event that you consider that your data is not being properly processed.
